Yes, our prices are fixed once you book or accept a quote. If you request extras like an additional oven (£35), double fridge freezer or additional fridge/freezer (£10), or a balcony clean (£10), these will be added to your final invoice. We appreciate being notified in advance wherever possible.

No. We ask that no one is present during the clean. As long as we can access the property and there’s electricity and running hot water, we can get started. We’re happy to collect keys from a concierge, secure key box, or estate agent located near the property.

Yes. When booked as part of a specific end of tenancy clean which includes carpet cleaning. This includes shampooing, rinsing and quick-drying for a fresh, restored finish.

Quotes are based on the surface area and condition of the surface. When booking, you’ll need to upload a photo so we can provide an accurate quote. We only pressure wash surfaces suitable for high-pressure cleaning, such as patios, driveways, and decking.

If you’re not satisfied with our cleaning service, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll arrange to return and address any issues. Our goal is to ensure every customer feels confident recommending us.

Cleaning times vary depending on the size and condition of the property. Here’s a general guide:

• 1-bed, 1-bath: 3 to 4 hours

• 2-bed, 1 or 2-bath: 4 to 5 hours

• 3 to 4-bed: 4.5 to 5.5 hours, depending on the number of bathrooms, appliances (e.g. oven, fridge/freezer), and whether carpet cleaning is included

• 5-bed and larger: 6 to 7 hours

If your clean includes extras like multiple bathrooms, deep appliance cleans or carpet shampooing, we’ll always allow for more time.
