Our end of tenancy cleaning service includes:

**Bedrooms & Reception Areas:**
- Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners
- Dust reachable surfaces
- Clean wardrobes, shelving, and cupboards
- Wipe accumulated dust and dirt from doors and picture frames
- Vacuum and dust curtains and blinds
- Wipe and polish mirrors, pictures, and wall hangings
- Clean skirting boards and decorations
- Dust light fittings and lampshades
- Wipe and polish switches
- Clean power sockets
- Vacuum mattresses

**Bathrooms:**
- Mop hard floors and laminate
- Clean basins, taps, and fittings
- Remove limescale
- Scrub and rinse soap dispensers
- Wipe radiators and towel rails
- Scrub and rinse toilet and bidet
- Clean plumbing behind toilet
- Wipe marks from shower screen
- Scrub and rinse bath marks and mildew
- Clean drains
- Wipe and polish mirrors and glass surfaces
- Descale, rinse, and wipe shower heads, taps, and metal surfaces
- Clean extractor fans
- Wipe bathroom tiles

**Kitchen:**

- Clean inside windows and wipe sills, ledges, and frames
- Wipe woodwork, doors, handles, door frames, furnishings, and skirting boards
- Wipe radiators
- Remove dust from plugs and light switches

We also offer carpet cleaning as part of our end of tenancy service.

Do you offer fixed prices for your services?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our prices are fixed once you book or accept a quote. If you request extras like an additional oven (£35), double fridge freezer or additional fridge/freezer (£10), or a balcony clean (£10), these will be added to your final invoice. We appreciate being notified in advance wherever possible.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve South London, including popular areas like Tooting, Balham, Clapham, Battersea, Wandsworth, Vauxhall, Brixton, Oval, Streatham, Dulwich, Herne Hill, West Norwood, Crystal Palace, Peckham, Forest Hill, Wimbledon, Chelsea, Tower Bridge, and Blackfriars. If you’re booking an end of tenancy and move-in clean, or are a repeat customer or referral, we’re happy to consider other locations.

Do I need to be home during the clean?

Accepted Answer

No. We ask that no one is present during the clean. As long as we can access the property and there’s electricity and running hot water, we can get started. We’re happy to collect keys from a concierge, secure key box, or estate agent located near the property.

Do you bring your own products and equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we bring everything needed for a full professional clean. in the cases where specialist cleaning services are booked we bring professional grade equipment, such as carpet cleaning machine and/or pressure washer.

Question 6

Do you offer carpet cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When booked as part of a specific end of tenancy clean which includes carpet cleaning. This includes shampooing, rinsing and quick-drying for a fresh, restored finish.

Question 7

How can I get a quote for pressure washing services?

Accepted Answer

Quotes are based on the surface area and condition of the surface. When booking, you’ll need to upload a photo so we can provide an accurate quote. We only pressure wash surfaces suitable for high-pressure cleaning, such as patios, driveways, and decking.

Question 8

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning service?

Accepted Answer

If you’re not satisfied with our cleaning service, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll arrange to return and address any issues. Our goal is to ensure every customer feels confident recommending us.

Question 9

How long will the clean take?

Accepted Answer

Cleaning times vary depending on the size and condition of the property. Here’s a general guide:

• 1-bed, 1-bath: 3 to 4 hours
 • 2-bed, 1 or 2-bath: 4 to 5 hours
 • 3 to 4-bed: 4.5 to 5.5 hours, depending on the number of bathrooms, appliances (e.g. oven, fridge/freezer), and whether carpet cleaning is included
 • 5-bed and larger: 6 to 7 hours

If your clean includes extras like multiple bathrooms, deep appliance cleans or carpet shampooing, we’ll always allow for more time.
