END OF TENANCY CLEANING
We know what letting agents and landlords expect, and we clean to that standard every time. Our end of tenancy cleaning helps tenants secure their deposit and gives landlords peace of mind that the property is ready to re-let.
We clean everything from internal windows and skirting boards to plug sockets, extractor fans and tiles. Kitchens are degreased, bathrooms are descaled, and one full oven clean is always included. Built-in microwaves and hobs are cleaned too.
When booking, you’ll see a range of options based on your property, for example, a three bed one bath clean, or a three bed two bath with carpet cleaning. Just select the option that fits your space. Every quote is based on size, number of bathrooms and whether carpet cleaning is needed.
We bring all our own equipment and materials. Once the clean is complete, you’ll receive an invoice confirming it was professionally done, ready to share with your landlord or agent if needed. If there are any concerns within 48 hours, we’ll review and return if appropriate.
AFTER BUILDING CLEANING
We specialise in post-renovation and post-construction cleaning that clears the dust, residue and disruption left behind by building work. From small upgrades to full-scale refurbishments, we restore each space so it feels clean, safe and ready to use.
We remove fine dust, paint flecks, grout haze and builder’s residue from every reachable surface. That includes skirting boards, internal windows, plug sockets, switches, tiles and fittings. We adapt to each space and surface, bringing the right tools and working with care.
Every quote is tailored to the size and condition of the property. We’re also used to working around snagging issues and final trade visits, so if your project is still ongoing, that’s not a problem. We’ll just ask for clear access to the rooms that are ready.
Once the clean is complete, we’ll issue an invoice confirming professional cleaning has been carried out. We’re happy to send this directly to you or your contractor.
PRESSURE WASHING
Patios, driveways and garden paths can quickly lose their brightness, with moss, algae and ground-in dirt building up over time. Our pressure washing service is designed to restore these outdoor areas without damaging the surface underneath.
We clean block paving, concrete, stone, decking and steps, using the right pressure and method for each surface. The result is a fresher, safer outdoor space you can enjoy again, or hand over with confidence at the end of a tenancy.
You can book pressure washing on its own or add it to your end of tenancy or after building clean. If you’re booking online, just mention pressure washing in the comments and we’ll be in touch. To provide an accurate quote, we ask that you send a few photos of the area in advance. This avoids the need for site visits and ensures we bring the right equipment on the day.
We work carefully, bring all our own kit and issue a full invoice once the job is complete.
BIKE CLEANING
From muddy commutes to neglected drivetrains, bikes pick up a surprising amount of grime. Our deep bike cleaning service is designed to give your bike a proper reset, whether it’s a well-used road bike, a commuter, or something you’ve had in storage for a while.
We clean frames, wheels, chains and brakes with care, using the right tools for each part. Dirt is removed without damaging paintwork or components, and we take extra time on the details that affect performance.
This isn’t a splash and go service. It’s a hands-on, thorough clean carried out by someone who understands bikes. You can add bike cleaning to any of our other services or book it on its own. Just let us know what type of bike you have when booking.
MOVE IN CLEANING
Buying a new place is exciting but it rarely feels ready straight away. Even when a property looks clean, there is often dust in the corners, fingerprints on walls and a general sense that someone else lived there before. Our move in cleaning resets the space so you can start fresh.
We clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, skirting boards and all surfaces, including the inside of cupboards and appliances if needed. Carpet cleaning can also be arranged as part of the clean. Whether it is a first flat, a family house or a long awaited return to London, we will get it ready to move into with confidence.
PRE-TENANCY CLEANING
When a new tenant is about to move in, first impressions matter. Our pre tenancy cleaning helps landlords and managing agents present their properties at their best, clean, fresh and ready for viewings or move in day.
We deep clean kitchens and bathrooms, wipe down surfaces, remove limescale, dust throughout and vacuum thoroughly. Skirting boards, internal windows and built in appliances are all covered. Carpet cleaning can also be added if needed. It is a simple way to protect your investment and start the tenancy on the right foot.
