Unlike many cleaning companies, our starting prices already include cleaning of your oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
Simply select your property size and any additional rooms or features during booking and your quote will update automatically.
The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay. Additional charges only apply if you request a balcony clean, an additional oven, an additional fridge freezer, or have an American-style or double sized fridge freezer. In these cases, an additional charge of £15 applies.

2 bedroom from £175
Designed for larger flats and smaller family homes. Our comprehensive end of tenancy clean covers all rooms, appliances, bathrooms and high touch surfaces, leaving the property clean, presentable and ready for its next occupants.
3 bedroom from £195
Suitable for family homes and larger rental properties. We clean every room from top to bottom, paying particular attention to kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, skirting boards and flooring to ensure a professional finish throughout.
4 bedroom from £250.
5+ bedrooms price upon request
Ideal for larger family homes and multi bathroom properties. Our meticulous and methodical approach ensures every room receives the attention it deserves, from ovens and appliances to bathrooms, cupboards and flooring. Due to the size and complexity of larger homes, 5+ bedroom properties are quoted individually.
